Pharmaxim manages and develops strong brands within beauty and health. Our range includes products for all lifestyles and for the whole family - everything from cosmetics to the home pharmacy. Pharmaxim offers brands in both agricultural and veterinary medicines. The common denominator is health and well-being for both animals and nature.
Since 2018, we are owned by Lotorp, a company group that acquires and develops potent and profitable medium-sized companies. We are about 16 employees and have a turnover of about 160 million SEK with business in all Nordic countries. Our head office is located in newly built premises in Landskrona, where we also have our warehouse.

About the position
This position is a direct recruitment which means that the recruitment process is done through Bravura and you are employed directly by Pharmaxim AB.

Pharmaxim sells products in both Animal Health and Human Health and examples of their well-known brands are HELOSAN, SALUBRIN, GRIPEN, DIALON, VIRKON, JODOPAX and LIANCE. They are 16 employees and have a turnover of just under SEK 200 million with business in all Nordic countries.

Duties and responsibilities
In the role of Innovation and Product Portfolio Manager, you will work broadly with a focus on developing the Human Health product segment. You will be welcomed to the workplace with an introduction aimed at helping you get to know all parts of the business and give you the best conditions to succeed in your role.
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing insights on trends, the market, customers and competitors to set assortment strategies that will maximize company profitability and promote growth. Furthermore, you are responsible for leading projects, in product development and packaging design. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our launches and initiatives. Finally, you will create growth and profitability strategies through product renovations, distribution development and pricing, among others.
You will be a key player in the business, contributing to increased sales and profitability over time, as well as strong partnerships. The role is varied and offers you the opportunity to be creative and innovative. Here you will grow not only in your career but also together with the company. - Developing the current product portfolio
- Establishing new supplier partnerships
- Conduct strategic business analysis
- Implementing strategy around innovation, renovation and price changes
Education, experience and personal characteristics
- Post-secondary education in economics, marketing or equivalent
- Several years of experience as Brand Manager/Portfolio Manager/Product Manager or equivalent in a grocery manufacturer
- Experience in innovation work and developing a brand portfolio profitably in multiple channels and preferably in other Nordic countries
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative market analysis
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, other languages are an advantage
