Pharmaxim is a brand owner, retailer and wholesaler. We sell, distribute and market products within health/hygiene/beauty, pharmaceuticals and animal care in the Nordic region. Pharmaxim manages and develops strong brands within beauty and health. Our range includes products for all lifestyles and for the whole family - everything from cosmetics to the home pharmacy. Pharmaxim offers brands in both agricultural and veterinary medicines. The common denominator is health and well-being for both animals and nature.

Since 2018, we are owned by Lotorp, a company group that acquires and develops potent and profitable medium-sized companies. We are about 16 employees and have a turnover of about 160 million SEK with business in all Nordic countries. Our head office is located in newly built premises in Landskrona, where we also have our warehouse.

We are currently looking for Customer Service employees (temporary).

As a Customer Service employee with us, you become part of us at Pharmaxim, which sells, distributes and markets well-known brands and products within beauty, health and hygiene for humans and animals. Our goal is to be the company you turn to for health and well-being products.

We are looking for people who are passionate about external and internal service. Achieving and exceeding customer expectations excites you and you enjoy working proactively to maintain customer satisfaction. You are accurate, committed and structured and have the ability to prioritize when the unexpected happens. You are a good communicator and are motivated when using your sharp administrative skills and your social personality.

With a responsible and solution-oriented approach, you are not afraid to step in where needed, even when other parts of the organization may need support. You make things happen and you love taking on new tasks that need to be solved to ensure delivery reliability to our customers. You are a self-starter but work well with others and contribute to the success of the company.

General tasks:

  • Customer order manager - register, confirm orders, monitor delivery.
  • Customer contact - communicating with customers about backorders, unusual delivery days/delivery delays.
  • Communicate with internal and external warehouses regarding customer orders and delivery planning.
  • Order and transport deviation management.
  • Some invoicing, crediting and export management.
  • Customer support via email and phone - responsible for ensuring that incoming emails and calls are correctly assigned and answered.

Experience:

  • You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Secondary education.
  • Basic knowledge of Office packages.
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks and customer contact is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
