Pharmaxim's business concept is to acquire, develop, distribute and market strong brands and quality products that provide increased health and well-being for humans and animals while creating economic value for Pharmaxim and its partners. Pharmaxim is constantly working to reduce its climate impact in terms of packaging choices, emissions and energy consumption and chooses sustainable, quality/environmentally certified and local manufacturers of the products included in their brand portfolio.
Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the regulatory affairs of the veterinary medicines for which Pharmaxim holds marketing authorization (is MAH), or is an agent. This means that you help them ensure regulatory compliance at all stages, from manufacturing to marketing and sales.
For their medicines, the tasks include managing the registration of medicines and submitting changes to products' marketing authorizations to the relevant authorities. You will also be responsible for keeping product information up to date. Furthermore, you will help them ensure that their marketing activities comply with laws, guidelines and ethical standards and you will also act as regulatory support in the Nordic countries for the manufacturers of their representative products.
For Pharmaxim's other products (medical devices, cosmetics, chemical products, biocides, etc.), it is crucial that regulations, for those products that have a regulatory responsibility, are followed, regardless of product category. For example, for Helosan and other cosmetic products owned by Pharmaxim, a key task is to keep the product information files (PIF) up to date and in line with the requirements of the Cosmetics Regulation. The role is also responsible, for example, for ensuring that safety data sheets are available for the products that require them, and that these are correct and up-to-date.
Finally, you will assist their business in all regulatory matters related to products with regulatory responsibilities, from pharmaceuticals to cosmetics.
Education, experience and personal characteristics
- Academic degree in a relevant field, such as biomedicine, biochemistry, natural sciences, chemical engineering, chemistry, biology, pharmacy or similar.
- Several years of experience in QA or RA role and regulated activities.
- Experience in relevant industry and/or training in Regulatory Affairs for veterinary/medicinal products in the EU.
- Experience in regulatory work for medical devices, cosmetics, chemical products, biocides is an advantage.
- Experience and knowledge of relevant regulations, GDP and GMP is particularly advantageous.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Duties and responsibilities
In the role of Innovation and Product Portfolio Manager, you will work broadly with a focus on developing the Human Health product segment. You will be welcomed to the workplace with an introduction aimed at helping you get to know all parts of the business and give you the best conditions to succeed in your role.
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing insights on trends, the market, customers and competitors to set assortment strategies that will maximize company profitability and promote growth. Furthermore, you are responsible for leading projects, in product development and packaging design. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our launches and initiatives. Finally, you will create growth and profitability strategies through product renovations, distribution development and pricing, among others.
You will be a key player in the business, contributing to increased sales and profitability over time, as well as strong partnerships. - Experience in innovation work and developing a brand portfolio profitably in multiple channels and preferably in other Nordic countries
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative market analysis
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, other languages are an advantage
